About the job IT Business Analyst

We offer an innovative and integrated technology ecosystem that addresses and personalizes each merchants technological needs and will be at the forefront of creating a smart consumer experience, thereby eliminating conventional and outdated standalone point of sales system.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting customer interviews and producing meeting summaries.
• Preparing, facilitating, documenting and participating in client meetings.
• Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications to identify gaps between the current state and future state.
• Creating business change request documents into flowcharts or functional specifications.
• Acts as liaison between the Business and Development team, as assigned.
• Participates in application testing, implementation and training activities (where required).
• Communicates effectively through different mediums at all levels. Based on the need of the project, support internal and external relationships with business partners and suppliers as required.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive experience or equivalent.
• The ability to work well in a team, as well as individually.
• The ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin

Remuneration:
MYR 3,000 - MYR 6,000

Working Hours:
9 am - 6 pm (Monday - Friday)
