• To determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• To monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with users, vendor, and managerial staff, serving as a liaison between stakeholders, users and vendor
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Performing IT testing and user acceptance testing.
• Prioritising initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Monitoring deliverable and ensuring timely completion of projects.

• Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Business or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
• Presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver slides.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization
• Advanced technical skills, eg SQL
• Advantage if have agricultural domain knowledge and mobile handheld business project
• Willing to travel across East & West Malaysia and Indonesia (50%- medium to high) during project implementation period
