Air Liquide IT: The Group launched an overhaul of its IT services, to simultaneously improve and world security, competitiveness and agility. This results in a changing IT organizations with infrastructure services and IT production which will now be managed globally by a central department called GIO (Global Infrastructure Operations) and business applications that will be supported by dedicated departments, called BIS (Business Information Systems) for each business line and relevant geographies.
We are looking for a GIO Business Partner in charge of the relationship with a portfolio of clients, BIS, Digital & IT entities and Shared Services. The Business Partner is a key player in the organization in its role as intermediary between GIO\'s partners and its internal organization. The IT Business Partner is the privileged point of contact for the partners and manages the entire customer relationship.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As the main ambassador of GIO, the Business Partner is responsible for the following activities:
1) Promotion of Services
- Help partners understand the value of GIO\'s services
- Influencing the selection of services (ability to convince)
- Carry the "voice of the customer" within the organization to develop the service catalog (proposal of new services, or innovation on existing services)
2) Customer Relationship Management
- Define an action plan for each partner (Account Plan) by collecting their needs and expectations; . Work with GIO services to ensure needs are taken into account
- Follow and manage the customer relationship (development of satisfaction surveys, analysis and sharing of results, processing of complaints and proposal of solutions)
- Monitor the performance of services consumed by partners and the billing process
3) Demand management
- Ensure that requests are understood and challenge them if necessary
- Work in close proximity with the GIO teams to detail the requirements of the partners
- Review and ensure that the proposed solution is aligned and meets the needs
4) Budget management
- Follow the evolution of the consumption of GIO services by the partners, in particular via the publication and the analysis of Monthly Reports
- Lead the Target and reforecast processes for partners, in relation with the operational teams and the Finance teams.
