We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a young, dynamic, self-motivated and passionate candidates for the following position:

DATA ENTRY CLERK / IT Clerk

Responsibilities: -

Create spreadsheets to track information and order
Transfer data into the database
Update information in a database
Organize existing data in spreadsheet
Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
Operate office equipment like scanners and printers
Perform regular database backup to secure data
Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically
Review data for deficiencies or errors
Provide data entry support across departments on ad-hoc basis

Requirement :
SPM holders, Diploma or Fresh graduates in any discipline are encourage to apply for this entry level position.
Good command of both spoken & written English
Added advantage to those who additional language skills such as Mandarin
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point applications is highly preferred
Minimum qualification at least SPM
