The IT Continuity & Resilience Manager will support the Chief Information Security Officer in designing, managing, ensuring continuous improvement & applying the IT Continuity Framework, to support BSI\'s critical business information systems, building resilience into the system design by default. In this business-critical role, you will be skilled in implementing high quality change persuasively and dynamically. A strategic thinker, you will collaborate with business leaders to define, prioritise and support key business recovery activities, facilitating the development & delivery of a high-end program of response to major business disruption. With a strong focus on outcomes, this is a highly flexible hybrid position and will be based in Kuala Lumpur office. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Lead the facilitation, development & delivery of the enterprise\'s Disaster Recovery Management activities, as well as participating in testing and assessments of the impact of potential disruptions in IT services during the testing exercise. Maintain & continue to improve an effective program of response, recovery & restoration strategies to react, manage and recover from major business disruptions from current, emerging or newly recognized threats. Collaborate with senior business managers to define, prioritize & support key business recovery requirements & objectives. Effectively manage the creation of all communications to stakeholders on the Disaster Recovery program status. Implement & maintain business impact analysis updates. Skills & Experience Required: Ability to & experience of leading strategic business change programmes. Meticulous working practices, IT integrity & security policies, legislation & industry trends. Knowledge & experience of applying ISO 27001, ITILv3, DRII or BCI professional practices & industry specific regulations & regulatory bodies. Up-to-date knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery. Excellent communications skills & ability to collaborate with & influence key stakeholders. Business & fluent English speaking & writing skills Fluent & business level language in another EMEA language an advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent. Relevant professional qualification, e.g. CBCI/CBCM/CBCP/EDRP. Travel : Circa 10% business travel to our regional and international offices.
