Job description
In your new role you will:

• Be accountable for the contract drafting and negotiation of frame agreements and transaction documents such as Statements of Work for IT services or software license purchases.
• Collaborate with all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure that company\'s standards as well as other contractual requirements and standards are appropriately reflected in each IT contract.
• Manage, coordinate and support the IT contract negotiation with suppliers and other external stakeholders, in collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
• Be responsible to support the e-signature processes for IT contracts.
• Be responsible to update and control of draft documents throughout the negotiation process.
• Handle the contract management tasks such as scope of service changes, contract terminations and renewals, etc.
• Support definition and implementation of contract and vendor management policies and processes throughout the entire contract lifecycle.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Law or any equivalent course.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in the field of contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• English & Mandarin proficiency at business level (written and spoken).
• Understanding of IT business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiations; interaction of business (commercial and legal), technical and service management requirements.
• Understanding of the role of related stakeholders and their requirements.
• Basic understanding of compliance and auditing.
