Job Responsibilities:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, networking, and IT applications Familiar with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity software Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, network configuration, and software installation Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection is an added advantage Able to provide technical support to non-technical users in a clear and professional manner Good communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently or as part of a team

Job Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and end-users (hardware, software, network, email) Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and IT equipment Monitor and maintain network systems and ensure secure and reliable connectivity Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly (both remotely and onsite) Maintain asset inventory, licenses, and update documentation for IT infrastructure Assist in the setup and support of video conferencing, servers, and cloud services Perform regular system backups, updates, and antivirus checks Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement or maintenance Support digital transformation initiatives and implement new IT tools or systems as needed

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
