Job Description

Monitor the performance of LPR systems at multiple parking sites to ensure accurate and real-time vehicle plate recognition. Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance for LPR cameras. Coordinate with technical vendors and system integrators for advanced repairs or software updates. Handle system alerts, user complaints, and error reports from site teams related to LPR and parking system issues. Ensure LPR systems are synced with payment kiosks, barrier gates, and access control components. Provide on-site and remote IT support for parking sites and office operations. Communicate between site equipment and the central server. Liaise with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) for system-related tasks. Prepare reports related to site performance, system issues, and resolutions.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, or LPR technology is a strong advantage.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
