Experience in IT support is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe software
Basic web skills (WordPress)
Basic photography and camera handling
Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:
IT
Manage Microsoft 365; Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive etc
Troubleshoot software and network issues
Maintain shared drives and access permissions
Administer Power BI dashboards
Update and manage company website
Track and manage IT assets
Coordinate IT purchases and vendor support
Ensure data security and backups
Graphic Design:
Design brochures, flyers, business card and company profile
Create PowerPoint decks for tenders, proposal and events
Develop visual for marketing campaigns and national events
Capture and edit photos/ video for documentation
Design infographics, banner and digital content
Support website visuals and layout
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
