Job Scope:


Administrative Support



Process monthly staff claims and allowances. Maintain accurate monthly attendance records. Organize and manage both hardcopy and digital financial/admin documents for easy retrieval. Provide general administrative, documentation, data entry, and research support. Assist in arranging office events, birthdays, and annual dinners.

Inventory & Office Operations



Maintain and update computer and equipment inventory records. Prepare monthly office supplies purchase list and expense report for Accounts.

Onboarding Support



Prepare desks, equipment, and stationery for new joiners. Set up system access: create user accounts, prepare access cards, and configure door access/biometric registration.

Job Requirements:



SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Fresh graduates welcomed; 1-2 years of admin experience is an advantage. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Highly organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
