Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Daily Interaction
Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and support tickets.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for system issues and guide users step-by-step.
Record issues clearly and escalate to technical team when needed.
Follow up consistently until issues are resolved.
2. ERP Functional Support
Understand ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting Basics).
Assist clients in using the system properly based on their business flow.
Identify user mistakes, system bugs, or missing training.
Perform simple system checks (data verification, wrong posting, missing configuration).
3. Training & Onboarding
Conduct online training sessions for new users.
Prepare training materials, user guides, SOP documentation.
Guide customers during onboarding phase and ensure smooth handover to operations.
