JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Location: Johor Bahru
• Industry: Manufacturing (MNC, 5 days/week)
• Job Scope:
• Plan and oversee the IT dept function.
• Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure.

• Analyze resource utilization and develop strategies to optimize performance.
• Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap.
• Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company.
• Develop and implement security specifications/ guidelines/ architecture
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the Security-Incident Response process, especially for incident response mitigation and interface with forensic evaluations
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement Information Security Management System (ISMS) with the IT organization
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement and oversee the process of IT security audits and certifications
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support in ensuring data protection
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct risk analyses and identify counter measures and solutions
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide advice, recommendation and training in building awareness in Information Security and Cyber Security matters
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct trainings to establish role-specific knowledge in Cyber Security
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure security practices and standards compliance
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure stakeholders are held accountable for information security controls and understand responsibilities in risk mitigation and remediation
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with regional business and global security officer to identify and implement process changes for improvements and ensure solid security practices
  
• Direct the activities of the help desk to ensure the IT needs of users are met.
• Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
• Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components.
• Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or its equivalent.
• 10 years experience in IT preferably with manufacturing industry.
• Leadership quality.
