Accurately enter and update data in the company's database or system.
Review and verify data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify and correct errors in data records where required.
Assist in data-related projects, including compiling reports, analyzing information to supporting decision-making processes.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or physical) for easy data retrieval.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality requirements.
Support ad-hoc tasks or administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or department head.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) -- proficiency will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong, Seri Kembangan.
