More information about us: There is a fantastic opportunity available as an IT Delivery Manager on the External Web Platform product team. This team supports a highly visible internal portals based on the Adobe Experience Manager. This strategic work is some of the highest priorities for our team. The delivery manager who fills this role would be a truly valued and influential member of our team. In addition to helping drive the strategic workforce of the platform, this role opens the candidate up to many other strategic opportunities of the future with Modern Platforms strategy. Your key responsibilities: You will be involved in some of the near term work, including managing contractors and managing some Time and Material, and Fixed Price support contracts. You will take accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand. You will be involved in strategic activities sinceour product needs to determine and implement a sourcing strategy which would allow us to optimise costs and bring more value to our business. All of these will require skills in identifying options, presenting those options and tradeoffs, and overseeing the implementation work associated with the selected options. Your qualifications and experience: Minimum 7 years experience in work related to IT software development Minimum 3 years of documented experience in coordinating teams and managing IT programs of local/global scope in a multicultural environment Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team Knowledge of Project Management (PMP) and Service Management (ITIL) methodologies, certification as a plus Experience within an Agile process of software development (SCRUM), certification as a plus Ability to develop relationships with people originating from various cultures Ability to decompose problems and find the best solutions Improvement mindset Strategic management approach and mindset Willingness to travel up to 30% locally and internationally Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in English.
