Air Liquide IT: The Group launched an overhaul of its IT services, to simultaneously improve and world security, competitiveness and agility. This results in a changing IT organizations with infrastructure services and IT production which will now be managed globally by a central department called GIO (Global Infrastructure Operations) and business applications that will be supported by dedicated departments, called BIS (Business Information Systems) for each business line and relevant geographies.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Demand Coordinator reports to the GM, GIO APAC and is responsible for the administration of demands including the facilitation of demand creation, demand status coordination, demand forecasting and demand invoicing. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Screening and prioritizing all demands with BIS / Clusters, Service Lines and the GIO Project Design and Delivery Manager
• Qualify demands with the GIO Service Lines Business Partners
• Liaising with Service Line Demand Coordinators and enforcing the GIO Demand Management process in APAC.
• Providing inputs to GIO Services Lines (especially P&CI) for potential optimizations related with the Demand Process and its implementation into ITSM tool
• Standardizing the process across GIO APAC - both within the service lines and with customers
• Ensuring consistency in demand deliverables (status reporting, financial reporting and planning)
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the ITSM tool to facilitate the compilation and analysis of demand data for management reporting and metrics.

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other relevant area (or equivalent experience)
• PMP, Prince2, and/or SCRUM Certification
• 2 to 5 years experience in IT (for example: IT strategy, IT governance, IT demand management)
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager
• Good knowledge in ITIL
• Fluency in English
• Experience in a multicultural environment is an asset.
