- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Assist developers with issues they encounter while performing their work
- Triage/diagnose issues users run into, and provide a solution
- Escalate issues up to the appropriate Developer team if out of scope
- Search out and identify the underlying issues for developers
- Spend time solving small to critical issues
- Monitor our continuous integration and chase down breakage highlighted by automated testing.
- Train new hires on tools and pipelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Suggest ways to improve our efficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute and improve internal documentation on tools and processes
- Must be willing to work by shift (Morning, Noon & Night Shift)
- ABLE TO READ AND WRITE MANDARIN IS A MUST
