Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or software development.
• Strong understanding of the OSI networking model and networking fundamentals.
• Comfortable with Git and agile methodologies.
• Solid programming knowledge in Python and JavaScript.
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and user-support capabilities.
• A fast learner who's curious, independent, and committed to growth.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Test all systems in staging and deploy to production with proper planning.
• Collaborate with developers on software deployment, testing, and debugging.
• Perform code reviews and ensure software quality (QA/QC).
• Write efficient scripts and integrations using Python (JavaScript is a plus).
• Use GitLab (or similar) version control tools daily.
• Backup and restore systems and maintain documentation of processes.
• Configure and manage security systems, IP conferencing, and intercom tools.
• Integrate hardware systems with ERP platforms.
• Provide demos and technical support to end users via e-meeting tools.
• Prepare screen recordings and manuals as part of end-user support.
• Follow agile development practices and contribute to sprint cycles.
• Document configurations, changes, and technical issues clearly.
• Analyse requirements and troubleshoot technical reverted by clients.
