Job Description

Summary:

The IT Digital Media Executive provides both creative and technical support within the IT Department. The role manages social media content, creates videos and graphics, assists in dashboard reporting and data integration, and provides first-level IT system support and data integrity checks. The ideal candidate combines creativity, coding fundamentals, and analytical skills to enhance digital visibility, reporting efficiency, and IT operations reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level IT support for all IT systems and perform data integrity check to ensure accuracy and reliability. Remain on 24/7 standby to respond promptly to any system or data-related issues. Monitor and escalate system alerts or incidents to relevant IT specialists. Manage and update company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Create and edit videos, infographics, and visuals for corporate and marketing purposes. Support the development and maintenance of management dashboards and KPI reports. Assist in report automation and database integration across internal systems. Prepare visual summaries and analytical reports for management review.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Multimedia, or related field. Basic coding knowledge in SQL, Database Management, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or C#. Experience in graphic design and video editing is a must. Proficient in Canva, Adobe tools, or CapCut; strong in Excel/Google Sheets. Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong teamwork and communication skills. Willing to support 24/7 standby operations when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
