Requirements

• Create, update, and maintain technical project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, FAT/SAT reports, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with project deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technical teams to gather information and translate IT into clear, user-friendly documents.
• Develop templates and standards for technical documentation to ensure consistency across projects.
• Maintain version control and ensure timely updates to documents throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of software, networking, or system integration environments.
• Proficient in documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with FAT/SAT processes and IT project lifecycles will be an added advantage.
