\xe2\x96\xaa Maintains and improve on network infrastructure
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure all project implementation was align with Continental Global IT standards
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure network infrastructure operate based on service management processes and comply with defined SLA
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage and register all active component into QIP and passive component
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure all Local IT Infrastructure devices in term of HW, software and design was align with central IT security requirement
\xe2\x96\xaa Maintains and improve on server and SAN Storage infrastructure project
\xe2\x96\xaa Improve and maintains servers and SAN storage infrastructure operate based on service management processes and comply with defined SLA
\xe2\x96\xaa Analyses all shopfloors systems and infrastructure issues and provides solutions (MMS, CGMS, MCAT and FFDACS). Seeks assistance when needed
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure all shopfloor system clients are properly patched, updated and backup
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage and execute shopfloor system projects
\xe2\x96\xaa Accept the responsibility and striving for excellence in all work processes and outcomes, honouring organization policies and regulatory requirements
\xe2\x96\xaa Understanding and adherence to environmental, safety and health policy, procedures and regulations issued by ESH Department

Qualifications

\xe2\x96\xaa Language : Can communicate clearly and concisely in English
\xe2\x96\xaa Solid understanding of networking fundamentals with hand on experience in all areas of IT, including routing, wireless connection, data security and data center operations
\xe2\x96\xaa Understanding of Cisco Products and Technology ie. Switches, Routers, Wireless, Software-defined networking, ISE, Firewall ,VLAN etc.
\xe2\x96\xaa Basic knowledge in Data center operation including Server admins, SAN storage, Microsoft SQL Server and VMWare administration.
\xe2\x96\xaa Good analytical and problem-solving skills
