About the Role:

SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn. Bhd. is part of a global group headquartered
in China, specializing in the design and manufacture of automotive seating motors for
leading car manufacturers worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsible for drafting and revising specifications and standards for computers, peripheral hardware, and network equipment. Carry out system maintenance, system development, and hardware/network tasks, including tracking progress, providing feedback, and reporting work status. Manage external network access based on approved workflows, ensuring control settings are in strict compliance with company regulations. Ensure proper management of the data center and maintain server hardware. Perform daily maintenance of all company hardware and network equipment, conduct regular inspections and checks, and report the findings. Manage and maintain all system administrator accounts and passwords, including those for server operating systems and database management systems (e.g., SA accounts). Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of the company's IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

Strong analytical thinking, communication, and execution skills. Must have a solid learning ability and a strong sense of responsibility, with the capability to deeply understand, configure, and apply relevant systems effectively. Candidates with experience in large-scale network design, project implementation, performance optimization, and operations & maintenance will be preferred.
