-Participation in the support of the corresponding IT operation services/applications -To do system development, testing and debugging as per project\'s schedule. -Prepare Training and Support Manual in order to train users to have proper understanding to utilize the system. -Perform setting and maintenance of system security to safeguard the integrity of information for end users. -Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software on the network. -Coordinating computer network access and use. -Designing, configuring and testing networking software and computer hardware. -To ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the IT services that support core company functions. -Responsible for IT Infrastructure and Security area including but not limited to Server, -Network, Virtualization, Storage, Software License, Server Room, Email Service, and Firewall
