JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day to day technical support to employee for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems
- software & hardware.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues.
- System software & applications user account allocation and cancellation.
- To provide support, maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure in the company, inclusive of administration and
- maintenance of servers and network devices.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required.
- At least 2 years\' experience in managing Windows Active Directory, Hyper-V, VMWare environment.
- Required skill(s): TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN remote access, IPsec, BGP and other protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in implementing/supporting MES/WMS will be added advantage.
