Requirements

• 3-6 years in IT admin/engineer roles managing Windows & macOS fleets.
• Solid with Wi-Fi troubleshooting, routers/switches, VLANs, and basic firewalling.
• Proven security mindset: MFA, device compliance, patching, EDR/AV, access reviews.
• Clear communicator; structured documentation; ownership attitude.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Management

• Standardize & image laptops (Windows/macOS), user provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Enforce disk encryption, MDM policies, OS patching, antivirus/EDR, backups.
• Asset inventory, warranty tracking, license management.
• Network & Wi-Fi

• Maintain office Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VLANs, guest/corp segmentation.
• Monitor uptime/performance; remediate interference & coverage issues.
• Manage DNS/DHCP/firewall rules; basic VPN/remote access.
• Security & Compliance

• Implement MFA/SSO, password policies, device compliance baselines.
• Handle security alerts, phishing drills, incident response playbooks.
• Access reviews for Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 / Lark and SaaS apps.
• IT Operations & Support

• Be the go-to for tickets (hardware, software, accounts, printers, meetings).
• New-joiner setup & offboarding checklist; IT SOPs & knowledge base.
• Automation & Light Development (Good to Have)

• Write small scripts/tools (e.g., Python/Go/PowerShell/Bash/JS) to automate onboarding, backups, reporting, inventory sync.
• Package and ship internal utilities (CLI or simple GUIs); basic CI/CD for internal tools.
• Vendor & Budget

• Manage ISPs, hardware vendors, warranties, and quotes; recommend upgrades.
