Position Title: IT Engineer
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: RM 4000- RM 6000
Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Attend to daily problem call and IT Support on Laptop/PC/Printer/networking/door access/CCTV in various locations in Malaysia
\xc2\xb7 Manage and maintain daily operation of IT services including WSUS windows update, and back up management
\xc2\xb7 Manage and troubleshooting for network related products such as firewall, switches and network monitoring system such as PRTG and Vectra
\xc2\xb7 Asset tracking and software license management
\xc2\xb7 Office 365 and file server management
\xc2\xb7 Ad-hoc on call in response to system failure or other problems that might interrupt system operation
\xc2\xb7 Adhere to SFS/ Policies and Security Guidelines
\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge in network security such as network security threats
\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge and troubleshooting in VMware and VM
\xc2\xb7 Having knowledge in business continuity business process
\xc2\xb7 Good in drafting and conduct IT training session for users
\xc2\xb7 Good communication skill with users and management staff
