• A bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, or a related field is typically required.
• Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), and network security principles.
• 3 years working experience in a similar role, especially in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently. Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and techniques is essential.
• Understanding of network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption protocols, and access control mechanisms.
• Effective communication skills are crucial for collaborating with team members, interacting with stakeholders, and providing technical support to end-users.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, diagrams, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• The IT landscape is constantly evolving, so a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes is important for staying relevant in the field.
• Capable of working effectively within a team environment.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an accountable IT/Network Engineer to be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks for organization. You are requiring to provide technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to support the organization\'s network infrastructure effectively.*Location: Puchong, Selangor

• Design, install, and maintain computer networks, including hardware (routers, switches, etc.) and software (network protocols, security measures).
• Identify and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats.
• Monitor network performance and optimize configurations to ensure efficient operation and prevent bottlenecks.
• Keep detailed records of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Work with other IT teams and departments to integrate network services with other systems and applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users on network-related issues and best practices.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve network infrastructure and security practices.
