Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk assistance and coordination services.
• Develop and maintain helpdesk standard operating procedure (SOP) and documentation.
• Evaluate, test and recommend new hardware and software.
• Monitor and control usage of IT resources.
• Responsible for campus IT hardware/ software installation, support, maintenance and documentation.
• Carry out projects and user trainings related to office/ lab automation, staff/ student productivity and efficiency improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor\'s Degree in IT or its equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in computer lab support and helpdesk environment will be an added advantage.
• Experience in implementing IT improvement projects.
• Familiar with OSes (Win7/8/10/11 and MAC OS X) and office software applications such as Microsoft Office, Internet Browsers, emails, etc.
• Good troubleshooting skill and able to repair computer hardware.
• Possess analytical thinking, ability to anticipate problems and good planning and organising skills.
• Willing to learn and keep abreast of latest developments in technology.
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, innovative and always seek opportunities to enhance IT processes.
• Must be able to work on nights, weekends and adhoc shifts.
