s: \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement and maintain of daily network operation (network, server) which including but not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Network routine performance assessment, troubleshoot the network issues and outages (LAN & WAN) \xe2\x80\xa2 Server & Storage performance, Server Backup Plan, propose & manage new network related project with proper project management \xe2\x80\xa2 Implementation of new technologies and platforms for supporting on premise network and connectivity to cloud environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participates in planning design, technical review and implementation for new systems infrastructure hardware and operating systems for new initiatives and projects within the cloud environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform troubleshooting, identify root cause and follow up on problem resolution until completion \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with Pre-Sales team & end user relating to systems & information security issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with planning and implementing application systems upgrade \xe2\x80\xa2 Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively monitors and analyses user requests for hardware and network related issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoots any IT technical issues and resolves in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with computer-related hardware, server, networking maintenance and Microsoft products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepares technical and documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct onsite routine health check of the systems installed at customer base \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform any other tasks assigned by the Management. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 With 2 - 5 years working experience in related fields \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates with experience and leadership qualities will be considered \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in LAN/WAN/Wireless environments, IT Security or Internet technology \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Windows OS, Azure Cloud Infrastructures, Active Directory, security policies set up, backup & recovery or network equipment such as routers, firewall, switches, etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, multi-tasking and willing to take challenges \xe2\x80\xa2 Strict adherence to policies, procedures and security practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong problem determination and solving skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to be a good listener and understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 problems or enquires, and help them solve it \xe2\x80\xa2 Good organization, analytical and troubleshooting skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Full-Time position(s) available.
