Position: IT Executive - Business ApplicationSalary: RM 2,900 - RM 3,200
We\'re currently looking for an IT Executive who will be responsible for providing full commitment and able on handling for project management task as well as assisting with a various of support relating towards the company systems. While these are our ideal lists, we\'ll consider candidates that do meet our requirements to join our team.Roles & Responsibilities:
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Communicate with stakeholders and work on developing strategic goals and plan towards achievement project objectives.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Manage organization\'s fiscal, project engagement within the project team and control for the business operations, capital budget and expenses.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Overseer a project planning, execution (Blueprint, Workshop, FSD, SIT, UAT, Go Live) on projects organizing by using work breakdown structure (WBS) / Project Mgmt. tools.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Track closely on project progress, documentations through project SDLC methodology.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Coordinate with consultants to ensure satisfaction and expectations.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Prepare a material presentation to present to upper management.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to analyse & understand business requirement.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Possess self-initiative and willing to work long hours when necessary.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Possess by own transport and willing to travel when required.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Good on presentation for project management skill is a plus point.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Self-motivated, dedicated, problem-solving attitude & ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Qualifications & Other Requirements:
\xe2\x9e\xa2 At least 1 year of working experience & knowledge in project management (Preferable knowledge in automotive industry).
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Minimum CGPA at least 3.00.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 A valid driver\'s license especially D class and having own transport.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Good skill in MS Office (e.g.: PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is a must requirement.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluently in Malay & English).
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
