Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese is required.
• Ability to read and write/type in Chinese is essential.
• Provide comprehensive IT support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain and administer the company's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• Perform system administration tasks, including user account management, server maintenance, and software updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network systems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications, ensuring compatibility and adherence to company standards.
• Conduct regular hardware maintenance, including repairs, upgrades, and replacements, to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
• Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure, systems, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of IT security measures to protect company data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on IT systems and software applications.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and hardware components, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Perform routine system administration tasks, including user account management, security updates, and system backups, to maintain system stability and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, under the guidance of senior network administrators.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and efficient problem resolution.
