Are you experienced as an internal IT department? If yes, you are the one that we are looking for!

Resolving IT support requests from employees.
Answering employee questions regarding computer systems.
Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues.
Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Setting up accounts for office users.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Provide employees with cyber security awareness training.
Monitor, update, and review IT policy in accordance to Internal Audit requirement.
