Responsibilities:

• Perform administration, management and remedial service of communication infrastructure (Voice, data - LAN , WAN & WiFi ) and network security devices.
• Implement, manage projects and design communications related solution
• Support a 24x7 production environment
• Perform small to medium scale IT project management and implementation
• To ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline
• Participate actively in process documentation as well as policies and procedures enforcement

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related fields; or
• Diploma with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Must be positive, hardworking and able to work within tight schedule and meeting deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication in English
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to base at Genting Highlands Resort, Pahang
