to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining reliable IT systems, networks, and hardware. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring system security and uptime.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (onsite and remote).
Monitor and maintain IT security, including antivirus and data protection.
Support infrastructure and network operations, including VPN and server access.
Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, CCTV, wireless devices, and projectors.
Ensure ERP system accessibility and minimize downtime.
Maintain hardware/software inventory and user licenses.
Provide basic IT training and guidance to employees.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel with VBA coding knowledge. Knowledge of other programming languages will be an added advantage.
Experienced in Microsoft 365 suite, such as MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI, etc.
1 or 2 years of experience in supporting ERP System.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
