Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage and execute day-to-day IT administration, development & operational support \xc2\xb7 Manage and administer end-to-end of systems, application and database, as per the business requirement \xc2\xb7 Perform troubleshooting of hardware, software and network of the organisation. \xc2\xb7 To provide helpdesk and system support to users. \xc2\xb7 Provide orientation to new users of existing technology. \xc2\xb7 Handle overall project management and project schedule. \xc2\xb7 Plans, organizes and controls the activities of team members. Provides guidance and training to staff providing a fully cross-trained team. Researches and evaluates alternative approaches and recommend efficient and cost-effective solutions. \xc2\xb7 Provide support for in-house application system and software upgrading that includes installation, configuration and trouble -shooting of application system problems. \xc2\xb7 Provide maintenance and system support for in-house system, HR software, CCTV, door access and time attendance system. \xc2\xb7 Responds to and resolves incidents and requests for assistance with end-user systems while providing a superior customer support experience \xc2\xb7 Liaise with vendor for hardware and software support. \xc2\xb7 Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources. \xc2\xb7 Manage IT equipment, assets and software licensing. \xc2\xb7 Understand users\xe2\x80\x99 requirements & workflows to implement new IT initiatives to meet growing business needs \xc2\xb7 Handle on system enhancements, defect fixing and other projects. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports. \xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly, yearly and ad-hoc report when required. \xc2\xb7 Keeps the Management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations. \xc2\xb7 To perform and assist in other ad hoc task, duties, projects and activities as assigned by the Management. Job Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Computer Science, IT or related field. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field. \xc2\xb7 Strong User engagement and communication skills \xc2\xb7 Required languages : BM, English & Mandarin \xc2\xb7 Good analytical and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Resourceful, result-oriented and work well under pressure. \xc2\xb7 Have strong planning and negotiation skills in addition to good interpersonal skills with capability to be a team builder as well as a team player. \xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and yet be a team player. \xc2\xb7 Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when require Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
