Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 End to end implementation of task and project by superior. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design project objectives and quality control throughout its lifecycle. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand overall business process requirements with ability to identify processes or system gaps and appropriate resolutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with end users and ensure the deliverables are of the best quality & satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue ERP/ WMS/ Consigment system support with issue resolution, change management and user training. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other task as assigned by superior. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Posses at 1-3 years of experience in supporting windows platform ERP, POS WMS and Consignment system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in troubleshooting and supporting client server & mobile web-based application. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced with reporting and web server. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in support of Micorsoft SQL platform. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in incident management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in implementing new software and administrating systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective interpersonal skills, resourceful, able to work independently and as a team player.
