Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in IT support (helpdesk, hardware & software troubleshooting).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity (data protection, access control, backups).
• Hands-on experience with POS systems, networking, and CCTV support.
• Familiar with SharePoint, and email setup.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support restaurant operations.
• Good communication skills to guide non-technical staff.

Responsibilities
Cybersecurity & Data Protection

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures across Malaysia and Singapore operations.
• Control and adjust staff system access levels, including restricting access during resignation/notice period.
• Track and review company electronic device activity (laptops, mobile phones, tablets) and generate a monthly report.
• Ensure company data protection, regular backups, and compliance with security standards.

Restaurant Operations Support

• Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems, receipt printers, cash drawers, ordering tablets and related restaurant devices.
• Ensure stable and secure internet access for head office and all outlets.
• Provide daily IT support to restaurant and office staff to minimize business disruption.
• Set up and configure IT systems for new restaurant openings.
• Ensure CCTV systems, recording devices and networks are always functioning properly.

Company IT Assets & Vendor Management

• Set up and provide support for company email accounts, laptops and other IT assets.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Liaise with vendors on warranty claims, service agreements and repair services to ensure minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with third-party providers for system integration and upgrades.
