Requirements
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

• 1 -2 years of relevant experience in an IT support or systems administration role.

Language

• Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Skills

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dart. Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
• Familiar with modern frameworks and technologies such as Laravel, Node.js, Laravel, Flutter. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. (AWS, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and query optimization.
• Familiar with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
Job Summary

• The IT Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems. This role involves managing hardware, software, networks and other IT services while providing technical support to end-users. The IT Executive will also contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and data security.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality, scalable and secure software applications.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Ensure coding standards, documentation and test coverage are consistently maintained.
• Maintain and monitor computer networks, systems, and servers to ensure reliable performance.
• Provide first-line support to users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, printers, and other peripherals.
• Assist in managing system backups, updates, and security protocols.
• Support the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure data protection and IT compliance in accordance with company and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, support logs, and technical procedures.
• Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
