\xc2\xb7 Manage the day to day activities of the Information Technology function, plan and organize work \xc2\xb7 Manage and monitor the operation of all computer hardware, ensure all systems are working and installed properly, and serve as the primary contact for servicing the computer hardware \xc2\xb7 Ensure remote support access is limited to IHG approved solutions. The current solution is IHG hosted Bomgar. All other access solutions must be removed and/or disabled \xc2\xb7 Ensuring all hardware equipment is functioning appropriately for employees to complete daily tasks. All equipment failures should be immediately addressed to the Technology Manager. He/she will troubleshoot and escalate to the IT Manager or appropriate support center for timely resolution \xc2\xb7 Must comply with IT CSA Requirement by monthly basis \xc2\xb7 Monitor the performance of the software and maintain a log book of performance report e.g., through systems measurement facility/utility, error and integrity check reports, system malfunctions and solutions \xc2\xb7 Investigate and report software problems to the vendor, or appropriate corporate department \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all computer media saves and back-ups are completed, documented and stored per IHG specifications \xc2\xb7 Control the key/lock for computer room and ensure that the computer room fire protection, temperature control, and power requirements meet the company security specification as described in the company security system \xc2\xb7 Control all user ID\xe2\x80\x99s, passwords, and security parameters Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
