Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

-Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, new deployments, and service improvements.

-Monitor system performance, help identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and support efforts to minimize downtime for business applications and systems.

-Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security tools and solutions such as firewalls, antivirus software, and encryption systems.

-Assist in enforcing IT security policies and maintaining compliance with company and industry standards (e.g., ISO, IATF, RBA).

-Help in the procurement, installation, and configuration of IT equipment, software, and systems as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 per month
