Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute comprehensive digital strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for digital innovation and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of online platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
• Monitor day-to-day technology operations, ensuring stability, performance and availability.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, coordinating with vendors or internal teams as needed.
• Formulate and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the company\'s overarching business goals.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, offering recommendations for continuous improvement of the platform.
• Supervise relationships with external technology vendors, including negotiation and oversight of service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, operations, and customer support.

Candidate Profile:

• Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a technology, preferably within the fintech sector or a similar technology-driven environment.
• Problem solver, strong communication in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certifications in relevant technology domains are considered advantageous.
