Requirements
Project

• Assist in the IT aspects of the Malacca Project, including CCTV, internet, network infrastructure, and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Assist with the IT equipment purchase (Laptop, etc)
• Project management and ensure timely delivery
• To travel to Singapore for knowledge transfer and understand outlet operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare laptop, email and the necessary software account for new on-boarding.
• Manage an up-to-date inventory of all IT Assets.
• Install and configure all computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers.
• Ensure availability and reliability of IT systems and services.
• Liaise, coordinate and manage vendors of IT Services.
• Provide end-user support and training when necessary.
• Implement and enforce IT-Related Policies, IT Operation Procedures and standards for compliance.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary to minimize downtime to operations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth functioning of the IT department.
• Collaborate with the Singapore IT team to align and coordinate IT initiatives in Melaka.
