Project:
1. Assist in the IT aspects of the Malacca Project, including CCTV, internet, network infrastructure, and point of sale (POS) systems.
2. Assist with the IT equipment purchase (Laptop, etc)
3. Project management and ensure timely delivery
4. To travel to Singapore for knowledge transfer and understand outlet operations.
Tanggungjawab
1. Prepare laptop, email and the necessary software account for new on-boarding.
2. Manage an up-to-date inventory of all IT Assets.
3. Install and configure all computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers.
4. Ensure availability and reliability of IT systems and services.
5. Liaise, coordinate and manage vendors of IT Services.
6. Provide end-user support and training when necessary.
7. Implement and enforce IT-Related Policies, IT Operation Procedures and standards for compliance.
8. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary to minimize downtime to operations.
9. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth functioning of the IT department.
10. Collaborate with the Singapore IT team to align and coordinate IT initiatives in Melaka.
