Job Description

• Manage and maintain detailed records of all company's IT related information which including hardware, software, license and users' PC.
• Manage and support Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft Defender.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and licenses, as well as configure and maintain Office 365 groups and distribution lists.
• Process purchase requisitions & invoices and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
• Prepare operation reports from time to time.
• Maintain IT policies, procedures and guidelines documentation.
• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues, issue resolution, escalation and follow up with vendor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree certificate in a related field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT support role
• Good in documentation and data compilation
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work under pressure in fast-paced working environment
