What will I be doing? Position Summary (bullet points)As the IT Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:xc2xb7 Assist superior to maintain hotel software and hardware.xc2xb7 Solve technical and operational problems according to user reports.xc2xb7 Follow the instructions of the IT Manager for computer technical hardware and software operations.xc2xb7 Perform any other reasonable duties and duties as assigned.xc2xb7 Ensure that any system user permission has been authorized before opening, monthly audit user use report, ensure that it has been used correctly.xc2xb7 Solve guest IT questions with minimum risk and improve guest satisfaction according to defined criteria.xc2xb7 Ensure ownership of all hotel data and ensure that data is backed up in a timely manner.xc2xb7 Provide IT support to other Hilton hotels as required and conduct IT cross-training with other hotels.xc2xb7 Ensure that the security of hotel data is consistent with stated standards and best practices.xc2xb7 Access controls are consistent with stated standards and best practices to ensure room access registration and safety.xc2xb7 Complete disaster recovery drills regularly to familiarize operational departments with manual bookkeeping procedures.xc2xb7 Identify, evaluate and implement local solutions to the extent agreed by the Regional Deputy General Manager of Information Technology.xc2xb7 Adhere to hotel safety policies, emergency rules and procedures.What are we looking for?IT Executive serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
