Job Description

Job scope: -

The IT Executive is responsible for the smooth running of the computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. This individual will supervise the implementation and maintenance of the company\'s computing needs and will be involved in planning, project management, and policy implementation for IT systems and services.

Responsibilities :- * System Management

• Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.
• Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by maintaining and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions, complying to standards and guidance from HQ and Regional IT Group.

2.Risk Management

• Assess and manage IT risks and ensure systems and data security is maintained at a high standard.
• Adhere and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.

3.Project Coordination

• Manage IT projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.

4.IT Budget

• Contribute to the annual operating and capital expenditure budget for IT to ensure it is consistent with overall strategic objectives.
• Negotiate with vendors for the procurement of new systems.

5.Networking & Collaboration

• Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization\'s executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.

Requirements:-

• Minimum 5 years working experience
• Proficient in supporting cloud suite (Office 365/ MS Dynamics accounts)
• Fluency in the English language
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
