Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Industry
• Good understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM).
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and e-commerce management.
• Able to handle website updates or simple technical troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working Location: Pusat Perdagangan One Puchong, Puchong

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run online marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Manage company website and e-commerce platform (Shopify / WordPress).
• Ensure proper setup of tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Handle Shopee, Lazada, and other online marketplaces (product uploads, pricing, and promotions).
• Analyze digital and sales data to improve marketing performance.
• Update product listings, images, and content across all online platforms.
• Monitor campaign results and prepare simple performance reports.
• Provide technical support for marketing team tools, website, and integrations.
• Ensure customer and marketing data are managed securely.
