Oversee assist in implementation, support, and maintenance of all technology services in the company & retail outlet including date centre, hardware, software, systems, applications, servers, network infrastructure, computers, and telecommunications. Support IT department in daily operations to ensure smooth operations and business continuity, including support the technology. Ensuring information security policies and procedures are observed and enforced, including data protection, backup, and recovery. Assist in all IT related projects. Complete projects by planning, executing, monitoring, and coordinating resources, and timelines. Miscellaneous IT support such as MS Active Directory, Mobile email, PC and printer, RDP and VPN connections, daily data backup and etc. Resolving IT support requests from employees. Answering employee questions regarding computer systems Gathering and analysing data to diagnose problems with computer systems Changing configurations, setting, and permission to fix computer issues Updating employees on the status of their service requests Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed. Requirements Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS), commerce systems, accounting software is a big plus. Experienced with using helpdesk, CRM, and remote support software systems. Excellent communication and problem solving skills with ability to multitask. Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Xilnex is an added advantage. Min 2 years of experience required
