DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To support end user on day to day operation work such as PC, Notebook, Server, Printer, Network device and etc troubleshooting (Senawang, Telok Gong).
• To conduct periodical checks on users to ensure no illegal use of IT equipment of company for the purpose of disseminating false inflammatory information and showing of pornographic materials.
• To audit the usage of computers, ensuring no illegal installation of pirated software on the company\xe2\x80\x99s IT equipment.
• To troubleshoot all problems related to IT hardware, software and it\xe2\x80\x99s related services including all and liaison with service provider.
• To make sure all system patches files for all the IT equipment is up to date.
• Maintain an effective management on Server operation, cleaning of unwanted files to maintain effective use of storage space.
• To assist IT Manager on any new request/ task request by end user on project basis and do a preliminary study of the request.
• To give suggestion/ recommendation on any new software/ hardware this can help the IT department to improve its services to end user.
• To manage a good backup and recovery system, as well as maintain backup record log.
• To conduct IT induction on all new incoming employees regards to company IT policy.
• To report immediately \xe2\x80\x9cURGENT\xe2\x80\x9d issue pertaining to the IT to IT Manager in the event he/she unable to solve the problem.
• To support AX system where/when ever required by AX Team for help and HR System.
• To raise PR (Purchase Requisition)/ Works Order upon approved by HOD\xe2\x80\x99s.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or higher education level in the field of computer science / IT or the equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in an IT working environment.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
