Provide technical support to end-users, including dealing with operation problems such as hardware failure, software incompatibilities, printing and scanning problem and other network connectivity issues.
Management of File and AD server as well as perform data backup/restore.
Maintain current and accuracy of IT asset inventory and licensing
Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Ability to operate independently, multi-tasking work, proactive, punctuality, and good attitude.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
