Job Purpose



Execute work as IT Specialist, or IT Support Specialist, oversees the setting, managing, and troubleshooting the technology systems that a Technygroup Holdings uses to maintain computer and software networks. Duties include responding to hardware problems, updating system software, and tracking the data and communications used on the network.

Duties, Responsibilities & KPI



Responsibilities may include as below but

not limited

to the following:

Works directly with company's servers and networks, performing setup, enhancement, and maintenance tasks. Ensures that employees can successfully always connect to networks and access business-critical data. Configure network security settings and connect peripheral devices, like printers and scanners, that are used by multiple users. Manage database, setting up data storage and retrieval protocols, adjusting permissions, and maintaining data security and integrity during migrations, backups, and day-to-day use. Provide direct support to users across company. Helping set up hardware or software, diagnosing connectivity or data access problems, answering questions about hardware or software, and helping users access shared drives and devices. Monitoring access logs and building database security procedures. They may also Set up antivirus programs for users, develop policies for email security, and perform periodic data audits and backups to prevent information loss and unauthorized access. Troubleshoot systems and hardware. Identifies issues with new hardware or software and works with users or on the back end of servers to quickly resolve those issues and prevent delays. Prepare reports on hardware and software issues as part of this role. Provide 2nd level desktop, network and application support. Managing and administrative window server environment. Maintaining company IT asset list. Repairing and replacing IT system as and when needed. Updating and creating new IT guidelines according to SOP. Involve in new and existing projects
Responsibilities may differ from time to time and must be updated and recorded accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirement



Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in user IT support and windows server environment is required for this position. Must possess a valid driver's license, Own transport Familiar with both Windows OS and macOS support.Detail oriented and self-motivated. proficient in Microsoft office, Word, Excel Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Stay up to date on current IT technology trend and enhancement. Willing to travel to multiple office locations. Ability to receive direction and independently follow through with assigned tasks with minimal & remote supervision by the superiors. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding team member & suppliers. Trustworthy, with a strong work ethic founded upon integrity, commitment, and respect. Ability to work closely with team member, Higher Management, Business Partners and Volunteers at all levels.

Locations : Bandar Rimbayu, 42500 Telok Panglima Garang

Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
